The Rock & Rye is a prohibition-era classic. Once a year we combine rye whiskey, bourbon, a touch of rum, caramel rock sugar, cloves, star anise, cinnamon sticks, lemon peels, and orange peels and allow it all to age for over 30 days. The result is an easy drinking, but boozy taste of the season.
We sell out quickly every year so grab it while you can! It makes the perfect take along to a socially distanced family dinner or a festive gift for a friend.
Serves 4: a quarter of the jar contents equals 1 drink.
A long-time favorite from our cocktail menu: lavender infused gin, triple sec, fresh lemon, and a bit of simple syrup in a 16 oz. mason jar.

Bourbon, sugar, angostura bitters, chocolate bitters. Served with big block ice, lemon peels for garnish
Directions: Pour 4 oz from jar over big block ice and enjoy!
32 oz glass bottle filled with 4 shots of Bacardi Spiced Rum and our cider infused with traditional mulling spices and oranges.
Served chilled. Heat servings in microvable mug or container or on stove top in a saucepan.

Classic Spanish Red Sangria in a 32 oz. mason jar.
Ingredients: Burgundy, brandy, triple sec, orange juice, simple syrup, diced Granny Smith apple and oranges.
Muddled oranges and cherries, a touch of sugar, bourbon and Angostura bitters. Comes with brandied cherries for garnish.
Directions: Shake well and pour 4 oz. over ice and enjoy!
