Origin of Old Dominion
Virginia was given the title, "Dominion", by King Charles II of England because it remained loyal to the crown during the English Civil War, and the present moniker, "Old Dominion" is a reference to that title.

Buddha Bowl
I love the Dogwood Buddha Bowl. It's filling, delicious -- and best of all, good for you! I usually skip adding a protein since it comes with hummus and an egg, but I occasionally add shrimp. It's amazing every time.
